Eligible subscriptions can be refunded within 7 days after the purchase. Below are answers to some of the most common questions we receive regarding refunds, and how long the process takes.
1.1 Kiko Loureiro Guitar Academy Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible subscriptions on Kiko Loureiro Guitar Academy can be refunded within 7 days, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy described in this article.

1.2 Our 7-day policy
While our 7-day refund policy is to allow you to learn risk free, we must also protect ourselves from fraud, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window (7-day-deadline).
1.3 Additional reasons for denied refunds
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:
- A significant portion of the content has been consumed by a student before the refund was requested.
- Excessive refunds have been requested by the same subscriber.
- Users who have their account reported, banned or access disabled due to a violation of our Terms.
These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1.4 How to request a refund
You can request a refund within the 7-day-refund window to our support team here. Write KLGA REFUND REQUEST on the message subject. Someone from our team will get back to you to proceed with your request.
1.5 When will I receive my refund?
Refund requests are submitted immediately after we reply to your email. It may take from 5 to 10 business days or longer to post the funds in your account, depending on your financial institution or location.
If you requested a refund within 24 hours of purchasing your subscription to Kiko Loureiro Guitar Academy, however, it may be processed as a purchase reversal.
1.6 What is the difference between a refund and a purchase reversal?
If you paid with a credit or debit card, most refunds that are processed within 24 hours of the purchase are processed as reversals. What this means is that the original charge will be removed from your bank or credit card statement, usually within 5 business days. If it is a reversal, then you will not see the refunds credited back to your account, since they were never withdrawn.
1.7 I requested a refund more than 10 business days ago, but I still do not see it in my bank account. Where is my refund?
As noted above, it may take from 5 to 10 business days to post the funds in your account after Kiko Loureiro Guitar Academy has processed your refund request, depending on your financial institution or location. Some refunds, however, may not post to your account for up to 30 days. If it has been more than 10 business days since the refund was processed by Kiko Loureiro Guitar Academy, please contact your bank directly to inquire about the status of the refund. 1.8 It has been more than 30 days since I requested my refund but I haven’t received it yet. What do I do now?
If it has been more than 30 days since you requested a refund, and you still haven’t received it, then please contact Kiko Loureiro Guitar Academy Support.
